This itinerary is just a glimpse of what to expect during one day on a Crewed Charter Yacht in the British Virgin Islands. Also, Keep in mind all yacht itineraries are made to suit the needs of each specific charter group. No two days are the same and no two charters are a like!
morning
Awake to the smell of fresh brewed coffee or tea with all the accompaniments. Take in the sunrise and enjoy the peacefulness of the morning air. Next, enjoy a jump in the water or relax with a book while your personal chef prepares a colorful, delicious breakfast.
Once breakfast is enjoyed, your captain will discuss the plan for the day to make sure everyone is doing/seeing everything they desire.
Anchor up! It’s time to set sail! Sit back and relax while your crew sails through the infamous Sir Francis Drake Channel. Captains love to share their sailing knowledge with guests so just let them know you are interested and you’ll be hoisting sails before you know it!

Drop the sails, it’s time to jump in the water!
Welcome to the Caves at Norman Island aka “Treasure Island”. This snorkel/dive destination has 3 swim in caves that held pirates treasure many many years ago! The Caves at Norman Island are decorated with all kinds of Caribbean sea life. Ask your crew for a guided snorkel tour and you’ll be sure to learn and see so much more!
Want more snorkel/diving? Great! Dingy on over to “The Indians” just outside Norman Island. This snorkel spot is filled with vibrant coral and active sea life! Keep an eye out for turtles and stingrays!
Back on the yacht grab the fish identity book and compare your finds with your friends & family. This is also a great time for the Crew to answer your questions about what you saw down below – they are experts!
Now that you worked up an appetite it’s time for lunch! While you were out snorkeling your personal chef was planning a lunch everyone is sure to love!
Anchor up! It’s time to move to the next location which is just around the corner. Welcome to The Bight at Norman Island. The Bight is known for it’s calm anchorage, white sand beach and the infamous Willy-T Restaurant & Bar.
After lunch activities in this area are commonly kayaking, paddle boarding, hiking & beach combing.
HAPPY HOUR / SUNDOWNERS
Your Crew has mixed up your favorite cocktail and prepared a delicious appetizer. Now, it’s time to watch the sun disappear effortlessly below the horizon.
Grab a board game or playing cards, discuss your favorite parts of the day and enjoy the incredible smells coming from the galley – Dinner is next!
If you’ve planned to eat a meal ashore, Pirates Bight Restaurant is sure to please! A personal favorite is the seafood jambalaya. Reservations are necessary but your crew will be sure to handle that for you.
dinner & Dessert
Dinner time is so special on every yacht. The table is set beautifully, the lighting is dimmed and your favorite music is playing. Your Private Chef has created a unique, personalized menu meant to wow every single taste-bud. You are sure to question whether you’ve ever had food this delicious.

Typical after-hour activities at Norman Island include, star gazing & visiting the Willy -T. Night snorkeling can also be arranged on some yachts.
