Young, energetic, and deeply connected to the sea, Francisco and Olivia bring professionalism, passion, and positivity to every charter. Their complementary skills in seamanship, gastronomy, wellness, and water sports ensure each journey is filled with adventure, comfort, and connection.
Argentinian-born and Australia-based for the past eight years, Francisco is a professional sailor with an architectural background, combining strong planning skills, creativity, and attention to detail. Experienced in water sports—including e-foil, kite wing, surf, SUP, and diving—he prioritizes safety, maintenance, and smooth sailing, while capturing life at sea through his photography and filmmaking.
Olivia is a Wellness Chef, gourmet-trained cook, and sommelier, crafting vibrant, healthy menus with wine pairings. With experience in fine dining and pastry, she elevates every meal, while her work as a certified Pilates instructor and art curator adds a unique wellness and cultural dimension onboard.
Together, Fran and Oli form a seamless, positive, and professional team, dedicated to delivering an unforgettable charter experience.
