His experience spans bulk carriers, luxury motor yachts, and major international cruise lines, where he has consistently shown leadership, professionalism, and commitment to maintaining the highest technical standards onboard.

Dimitris is a highly skilled and creative culinary professional, boasting over 10 years of experience in high-end restaurants, luxury hotels, and yachts. A graduate of Chef Le Monde, he has honed his expertise in high-paced, fine-dining environments, mastering a diverse range of cuisines from around the world. 
 

His impressive repertoire includes Greek, Mediterranean, Italian, Austrian, Chinese, and Thai cuisines, as well as vegan-based dishes, Kosher meals, and a variety of exquisite desserts. Dimitris is renowned for his exceptional flavor combinations, elevating even the simplest ingredients into culinary masterpieces. His precision, leadership, and ability to make quick decisions ensure that every meal onboard is an unforgettable dining experience.

Dimitris has held key positions in prestigious establishments, including Head Chef on M/Y LIVA, Chef de Partie at "Helios Restaurant" at the Four Seasons Astir Palace, and Chef de Cuisine at Schranz Hotel in Austria. His previous roles in Burg Hotel Austria, Papalina Seafood Restaurant, Techne Restaurant and Social Hydra Island, and Cape Sounio Grecotel further solidify his reputation as a versatile and talented chef.

A true team player with strong leadership skills, Dimitris is passionate about crafting exquisite dishes that cater to every guest’s taste, ensuring a memorable culinary journey on board M/Y XIPHIAS.

 Having established a significant career in the yachting industry, Evangelia has served as Chief and Sole Stewardess on a number of prestigious yachts, including M/Y FLORI, M/Y MY TOY, M/Y GIOE I, and M/Y LADY RINA. Her extensive experience in high end service, including Silver Service and Russian style, combined with her background as a professional dietician, ensures that every aspect of the interior service and guest well being meets the highest standards.

 Driven by her love for the sea and nautical expertise, she holds a Speed Boat Operator License and STCW Able Seaman certification, constantly seeking new challenges and opportunities to grow within the luxury maritime sector.

She brings a unique level of discipline and organizational skill to the maritime industry. She excels in both private and charter settings, having supported high intensity seasons on yachts such as MY GELLY (43m) and M/Y SHALIMAR (38m). Known for her calm demeanor under pressure, she is a versatile crew member capable of assisting with deck duties, interior inventory, and provisioning. Krizalyn is a proactive team player who thrives in international environments, provide top-tier service to every guest.

His background spans a diverse range of private and mega yachts, from 43m to 77m vessels, demonstrating his adaptability and disciplined work ethic in various international trade routes. With an Associate in Marine Engineering and a vast array of certifications, he brings a unique blend of traditional seamanship and specialized technical proficiency to any crew.He is an expert tender and jet ski driver, recognized for his professionalism and ability to maintain high standards during demanding seasons. 

Having served on prominent vessels such as M/Y TUEQ and M/Y BLUE SCORPION, he is known for his reliability and detail oriented approach to yacht operations and his competency in safety and catering management further enhance his effectiveness in both administrative and operational tasks.
