With over 6 years of specific experience as a professional Captain on motor yachts, he has gained more than 30,000 nautical miles worldwide. His extensive command experience covers both private and charter vessels up to 35 meters, as well as significant experience aboard commercial and cruise ships. 

 

He brings a sophisticated blend of leadership, operational excellence, and a rigorous commitment to maritime standards. George has served as Master on numerous high end vessels, including M/Y DIVINE and M/Y ATHANASIOS V, where he successfully managed all aspects of navigation, safety, and crew coordination. His expertise extends to managing frequent back to back charter schedules and large guest parties, ensuring top level hospitality and seamless onboard operations. Beyond his command duties, he possesses extensive yard experience and a deep understanding of yacht maintenance, accounting, and regulatory compliance, providing a comprehensive and highly professional approach to ship management.

 

 Focused and safety-oriented, he is dedicated to providing a secure and enjoyable environment for all guests and crew while maintaining vessels to the highest standards. Throughout his career, Vasilis has been responsible for the technical operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting of high profile yachts such as M/Y MIDNIGHT SUN, M/Y DANA, M/Y SEMIRALICE, and M/Y BIEN ESTAR. His background includes a solid foundation in industrial installations and naval service as a Petty Officer Engineer, enabling him to maintain optimal performance and reliability under all conditions. 

 

Recognized for his professional development, he holds certifications in ship security, lifesaving, and speedboat operation. His proactive problem solving approach is complemented by specialized training in conflict management, leadership, and customer care, making him a highly effective and professional presence onboard.

After a successful 17 year career in the medical and pharmaceutical industry, he followed his passion for gastronomy, bringing precision, organization, and professionalism to high end yacht kitchens. He holds an MSc in Applied Biomolecular Technology (Food Science) from the University of Nottingham, giving him a unique understanding of ingredients, food quality, and modern culinary techniques.He has experience managing busy galley operations aboard luxury yachts, including M/Y Divine, with expertise in provisioning, inventory management, food costing, and maintaining the highest hygiene and safety standards. 

 

Specializing in contemporary Mediterranean, Italian, and Asian cuisine, he creates elegant, personalized menus tailored to each guest's preferences. With over 15 years of sailing experience and a lifelong connection to the sea, he brings adaptability, teamwork, and calm leadership to every charter.Passionate about seasonal ingredients and exceptional service, Chef Nikos is committed to delivering memorable dining experiences that exceed guest expectations.

A graduate of the Faculty of Philosophy, Pedagogy and Psychology, she combines a strong academic foundation with practical expertise in managing high pressure, service oriented environments. She is recognized for her strong perception, professionalism, and ability to operate effectively within structured crew operations. Most recently, she served as a Stewardess onboard the Grace IX Valletta, where she was responsible for guest services, safety maintenance, and upholding high service standards under strict operational procedures. 

 

Her diverse experience also includes front desk operations at the Hydroussa Hotel and logistics and accounting support, demonstrating a versatile skill set that ranges from administrative coordination to direct VIP guest support. She is known for her reliability and her consistent ability to foster teamwork and solve problems effectively in fast paced settings.

His background includes a unique creative flair, having studied fashion design, which complements his meticulous attention to detail when handling equipment and managing onboard tasks. 

 

Whether managing daily deck duties or utilizing his strong digital skills to assist with administrative needs, Stelios maintains a proactive and patient attitude. His deep connection to the sea is evident not only in his professional life but also in his personal interests, which include sailing and swimming. He takes great pride in delivering a high standard of service, ensuring that every journey is handled with expertise and care.In his free time, he enjoys traveling, listening to music, and designing clothes, a testament to his diverse skills and creative spirit.
