A USCG, Bahama Masters and SAMSA 100ton-licensed Captain, PADI Advanced Freediver Instructor, and PADI Divemaster, his experience spans private yacht charters, yacht deliveries, commercial maritime operations, and luxury guest experiences around the world. Passionate about ocean exploration and education, Jacques enjoys freediving, scuba diving, snorkeling, surfing, kiteboarding, and a variety of board sports. Whether introducing guests to life beneath the surface or leading adventures on the water, he is dedicated to sharing his appreciation for the ocean while creating safe, memorable, and highly personalized experiences.

Over the past seven years, she has combined her passion for gastronomy, travel, entrepreneurship, and life at sea. Her cuisine blends fine dining technique with fresh, healthy, ocean-inspired flavors, always adapted to the preferences and lifestyle of her guests.

A passionate freediver, spearfisher, and deep ocean lover, Estelle draws much of her inspiration from the sea. Having fallen in love with the Bahamas, she brings a particular sensitivity to fresh seafood, Caribbean influences, and coastal living.
