Born and raised in South Africa, Jacques has spent more than two decades building a career around his love for the ocean, boating, diving, and adventure watersports. A USCG, Bahama Masters and SAMSA 100ton-licensed Captain, PADI Advanced Freediver Instructor, and PADI Divemaster, his experience spans private yacht charters, yacht deliveries, commercial maritime operations, and luxury guest experiences around the world. Passionate about ocean exploration and education, Jacques enjoys freediving, scuba diving, snorkeling, surfing, kiteboarding, and a variety of board sports. Whether introducing guests to life beneath the surface or leading adventures on the water, he is dedicated to sharing his appreciation for the ocean while creating safe, memorable, and highly personalized experiences.

With a strong background in hospitality and guest service, she takes pride in delivering beautifully presented meals and personalized service that elevate every moment on the water.

Born and raised in South Africa, Bianca has spent nearly a decade working internationally as a kitesurfing instructor and manager, traveling throughout Africa, the Caribbean, and Asia. Her love for the ocean, adventure, and connecting with people from around the world naturally led her to a career in yachting, where she combines her passion for hospitality with life at sea. Known for her warm and energetic personality, Bianca has a natural ability to make guests of all ages feel welcome on board. She especially enjoys working with families and creating an atmosphere that is both relaxed and personalized. When she’s not in the galley, you’ll find her kitesurfing, exploring the outdoors, or finding inspiration for her next culinary creation.
