Originally from Costa Rica, Beau has spent his career exploring the Caribbean and knows its anchorages, hidden beaches, and local favorites inside and out.

Guests quickly appreciate his calm confidence, flexibility, and genuine enthusiasm for creating memorable experiences. Whether planning the perfect beach barbecue, finding the calmest anchorage, or tailoring each day to suit the group's interests, Beau takes pride in making every charter feel effortless.

A licensed USCG Captain, avid diver, and father of three, Beau has built a reputation for professionalism, safety, and outstanding service. His easygoing personality and attention to detail set the tone for a relaxed and enjoyable week onboard.

Joel Hernandez

First Mate

Joel was raised along the Pacific coast of Costa Rica, where a life on the water came naturally from an early age. Friendly, energetic, and always ready to help, Joel plays an important role in delivering the seamless service guests experience throughout their charter.

From launching water toys and driving the tender to assisting with watersports and keeping the yacht in immaculate condition, Joel approaches every task with enthusiasm and professionalism. Guests often appreciate his local knowledge, positive attitude, and willingness to go the extra mile to ensure everyone has an unforgettable time on board.

His strong work ethic, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality make him an invaluable member of the crew and a favorite with both adults and children alike.

Adrian Gonzalez

Adrian grew up in the vibrant tourist destination of Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. After

earning third place in a cooking competition as a teenager, he discovered a passion

for the culinary arts that would shape his career. One of the aspects he enjoys most

as a yacht chef is exploring local markets around the world and transforming fresh

regional ingredients into memorable dishes inspired by each destination.

He trained at the Swiss Institute of Culinary Arts and Hospitality (ISU) in Puebla,

Mexico, before continuing his professional development in La Clusaz, France,

where he worked as a Food Operations Manager and expanded his knowledge of

French cuisine. Today, Adrian blends Mexican, European, and American influences

into refined, flavorful menus.

After working in several high-end restaurants in Colorado, Los Cabos, and Miami,

Adrian discovered the yachting industry and became a certified private yacht chef.

With over nine years of experience at sea, he is passionate about delivering

exceptional dining experiences.

When he is not on board, Adrian enjoys spending time with his eleven-year-old son.

He loves biking, skateboarding, wakeboarding, snowboarding, and traveling, making

yachting the perfect career to combine his love of food and exploration.

On board, Adrian's goal is to create unforgettable dining experiences that delight

every guest and leave a lasting impression with every meal.
