Captain Jeremy:
Born and raised in France, Jeremy’s journey began at just 18 when he enlisted as a military fireman and paramedic in Paris. Those four years of service shaped his calm leadership, precision under pressure, and strong sense of responsibility — qualities that define him as a captain today.
Over the past decade, Jeremy has sailed more than 70,000 nautical miles much of it aboard his own sailing yachts, exploring remote destinations across the globe. He holds an MCA Master 200GT Unlimited and brings exceptional technical expertise gained through years of hands-on yacht operations and refits. Passionate about adventure, Jeremy who is also a qualified divemaster loves leading guests to hidden anchorages, sharing his knowledge of sailing, and introducing them to watersports such as scuba diving, kitesurfing, freediving, and spearfishing — ensuring a safe, dynamic, and memorable experience on the water.
Captain Lea:
Growing up in Germany, Lea dreamed of exploring the world by sailboat. What started as a year of traveling after college quickly turned into two, and eventually led her to a career in sailing, combining her technical skills with her love for remote places and sharing adventures with guests.
Including two ocean crossings and several seasons living aboard sailing yachts, Lea has sailed about 25.000 nautical miles, qualified as an RYA Yachtmaster Ocean and later as an RYA Sailing Instructor.
When not sailing, Lea enjoys scuba diving, kitesurfing, and freediving. As a qualified Divemaster, she also enjoys sharing her knowledge and experience in the water. Her calm and reassuring leadership style, warm personality, and genuine enthusiasm for the sea create a safe and welcoming atmosphere while inspiring guests to explore, learn, and enjoy every moment on the water.
Deck/stew - Chani:
Born in France, Chani studied event management before adventure took over. At 21, she moved to the Pacific, splitting her time between Australia, Indonesia, Fiji, and New Zealand, where sailing and diving became her way of life.
Passionate about sharing that adventurous lifestyle, she brings care, discretion, and a strong sense of service to overseeing interior operations — always ready to jump in wherever needed, on deck or inside.
A dive instructor and filmmaker, she brings both technical skill and a creative eye onboard, helping you take your memories home with you.
Fluent in French and English, her energy and multi-skilled background make her a valuable part of the crew.
Chef - Leasje:
With a natural passion for fresh, beautifully presented food, Leasje loves creating memorable dining experiences tailored to each guest. Growing up on a coastal farm in South Africa, she developed a deep appreciation for farm-to-table cooking, growing fresh produce and making the most of seasonal ingredients.
She spent a year training under a Michelin-trained chef in Stellenbosch, South Africa’s renowned wine country, where she developed her skills in fine dining, pastry, menu planning and wine pairings.
Her love of the ocean has inspired an equally strong ocean-to-table philosophy. Fishing, spearfishing and free-diving have given her a genuine appreciation for fresh seafood and the incredible ingredients the sea provides, which she loves bringing to the table through vibrant and creative dishes.
Her cooking is versatile and inspired by flavours from around the world, with menus adapted to suit each guest’s tastes and preferences. Whether it’s a relaxed lunch after a day on the water or an elegant dinner under the stars, she takes pride in making every meal a memorable part of the charter experience.
