Naturally curious and easy-going, Federico loves helping guests get the most from their time on the water. Some prefer to sit back and relax, while others enjoy learning about sailing, taking the helm, spotting marine life, or discovering hidden anchorages away from the crowds. He enjoys adapting each charter to the personalities and interests of the guests on board.

Known for his calm approach and approachable nature, Federico strives to create an atmosphere where guests feel comfortable, welcome, and completely at ease. Whether it's an active week of island-hopping and watersports or a slower-paced escape between beautiful Caribbean anchorages, his goal is simple: to help guests create memories they'll be talking about long after the charter ends.

Camille brings warmth, creativity, and a genuine love of hosting to life aboard Kismet. With a background in hospitality and a natural ability to make people feel welcome, she helps create the relaxed atmosphere that turns a great trip into a memorable vacation.

Inspired by her travels and love of good food, Camille enjoys preparing fresh, flavorful dishes tailored to guests' preferences, dietary requirements, and tastes. From leisurely breakfasts overlooking a quiet bay to relaxed lunches between adventures and elegant dinners under the stars, she believes that sharing good food is one of the highlights of any charter experience.
