Charter Catamaran, Cartouche is a custom built 95’ sailing catamaran – one of the largest charter catamarans in the world – a spacious vessel that embodies luxury cruising.

In addition to this timeless elegance the Blue Coast 95’ offers superior comfort and premium performance combining modern styling with elegant aerodynamic lines, which are seamlessly integrated into the vessel’s voluminous interior.

This super yacht is built for ease of handling and fast cruising with a minimal need for crew, equipped with a fully automatic furling boom allowing safe and easy sail reduction. Her sporty appeal and comfort at sea provide an idyllic means of enjoying the thrills of luxury sailing with all the high-end amenities of an exceptional cruising vessel.

DINING ON CARTOUCHE

Below is a taste of what to expect onboard your charter. Your private chef onboard will tailor every meal to each guests preference.

All breakfasts are served with coffee, tea, milk, chocolate, local fresh fruits juice and fresh fruits, yogurts. Eggs scrambles, fried, boiled or omelet, with spinach, mushrooms, ham. Plate of cheese, bacon and ham, Homemade bread, brioche and cakes. Pancakes, crepes or bagels.

Turbot fillet “mugnaia » (creamy lemon, parsley, garlic and rosemary dressing) and roasted artichoke

Filled tomatoes with traditional Tuscany “Panzanella” basil and pinenuts pesto
Red beetrot “Ravioli” filled with spinach and pecan nuts Hummus on a quinoa and wasabi salad

Sushi and Sashimi

Sea bass fillet in a clams lime sweet cherry tomatoes

Marinated Amberjack carpaccio(spicy sweet) soya mayonnaise and “bottarga”

Lamb stew Rhum ginger and black eyed peas

Duck breast honey and orange laquered, wild fennel saffron and a hint of liquirice.

Caribbean Pavlova with white chocolate Rhum and vanilla mousse

Almond and Cherries tarte

Strawberries crunchy Cannolo filled with white chocolate mousse raspberries
fruit passion and madagascar pepper.

Saffron “Pear Helene” white chocolate mousse puffed quinoa.

Apple Tarte Tatin “chantilly” cream and cinnamon.

RATES

High Rate: $65,000 p/wk plus all expenses (winter)
Low Rate: $60,000 p/wk plus all expenses (summer)

Rates are PLUS all expenses. Expenses include but not limited to: fuel, food and beverages, cruising fees, port fees and crew gratuity. An additional 35% APA (Advanced Provisioning Allowance) is due at the time of booking. Additional expenses incurred during the charter must be paid in full on departure.
